Co-Founder / Director
Tyler has spent the past five years trading cryptocurrencies—and still actively trades today—but his entrepreneurial drive led him to build something beyond the markets. In 2024, he founded Pegasus and has since grown it into a strong, fast-moving team now partnering with one of the largest e-commerce platforms. Tyler combines clear vision with a hands-on leadership style, always pushing the company to innovate and scale.
Simon
Co-Founder / Director
Originally from Catania, Simon grew up running multiple family businesses before deciding to expand his horizons and build something of his own. In 2019, he moved to London to stand on his own two feet and dove into a variety of roles that sharpened his skills and ambition. Eventually, he co-launched Pegasus, helping scale the company from the ground up. Simon leads day-to-day operations and sets the bar for excellence, constantly pushing the team to perform at the highest level.
Kieron
Manager
Kieron has been with Pegasus since day one, bringing deep experience in logistics and large-scale freight operations. His leadership and hands-on approach have played a major role in shaping Pegasus into the high-performing team it is today. A respected manager known for his commitment to excellence, Kieron is the backbone of day-to-day execution—never afraid to roll up his sleeves and push the team forward.

Lewis has been part of Pegasus since day one, stepping in with practical logistics experience and a knack for keeping things moving. He’s dependable, easy to work with, and never hesitates to get involved wherever he’s needed. With his calm approach and consistent effort, Lewis plays a big role in supporting the team’s momentum and helping maintain the high standards Pegasus operates on.
